Sachin H. Jain, MD, MBA, FACP

Dr. Jain is CEO of SCAN Group and SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans, which serves more than 300,000 members across California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico.


Previously, Dr. Jain was President and CEO of CareMore and Aspire Health, which served 200,000 Medicare and Medicaid patients in 32 states. He also served as Chief Medical Information & Innovation Officer at Merck & Co., was Senior Advisor to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and was the first Deputy Director for policy and programs at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).

Dr. Jain graduated from Harvard College and earned his MD from Harvard Medical School and MBA from Harvard Business School. He is Adjunct Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine and is a member of the boards of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Omada Health, Advantage Healthcare Services, and The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans.

Karen Hill, MD, MBA, FACP, FAAP

Dr. Hill is a physician executive with over 20 years of leadership in Medicaid/CHIP, managed care, and value-based partnerships. She has served as Chief Medical Officer for multiple health plans, directing clinical strategy, quality improvement, utilization management, and population health programs for diverse and high-risk populations.

Her career includes leading NCQA accreditation, Medicaid RFP responses, and large-scale care model redesigns to improve outcomes while controlling costs. Dr. Hill has built successful collaborations between payers, health systems, and community organizations, integrating innovative solutions such as AI-driven analytics, hospital-at-home programs, and targeted social determinant interventions.

As founder of K Hill Consultants LLC, she continues to advise healthcare organizations on sustainable strategies that advance health equity and deliver measurable results.

Greg Hansch, LMSW

Greg serves as the Executive Director of NAMI Texas. He joined NAMI Texas in 2012 and has previously served in government affairs roles. In his current role, he is responsible for providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of NAMI Texas’ mission. He is a Licensed Masters-Level Social Worker and a family member of a person with serious mental illness. He received a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Nonprofit and Public Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.  He is an alumnus of the Policy Academy of the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health at the University of Texas at Austin. One of his proudest professional achievements is earning NAMI’s Richard T. Greer Advocacy Award for “his outstanding work, leadership, and service on behalf of all people living with mental illness.”

Brittany Ward, MBA, PMP

Brittany is Director of Operations for the All Hands Health Network (AHHN) at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Brittany has over 10 years of experience expanding access to health care and services for underserved populations. As an advocate for Mental Health, Brittany lobbied for Mental Health First Aid funding as participant of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s Addressing Health Disparities leadership program.

Her extensive experience in Medicaid operations includes leading enrollment efforts for the country’s 2nd largest school district. In her roles, she has collaborated with community-based stakeholders, federal, state government agencies, providers, and health plans, to support Medicaid initiatives.

Brittany currently serves as a member of Illinois’ Medicaid Advisory Public Education Subcommittee.

Angie Hampton, MS, LSW, LCPC

Angie Hampton is the Chief Executive Officer of Egyptian Public and Mental Health Department serving Saline, Gallatin, White, Wayne, and Hamilton Counties.  She has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University in 1999 and has completed the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program. She was a 2008-2009 graduate from the Delta Leadership Institute sponsored by the Delta Regional Authority.  Angie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Social Worker. She has written numerous grants for systems change around public health and behavioral health issues and participates in many statewide initiatives for healthcare transformation in Illinois. She currently is Co-Chair of the DHS Social Services Advisory Committee (SSAC), Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Center for Rural Health and Social Services Development Board President, Illinois Rural Health Association (IRHA) Board Member, Southern Illinois Healthcare Community Benefits Advisory Member, Saline County CASA Board Member, Saline County CEO Board of Directors, Illinois Opioid Remediation Advisory Board Member, One Shawnee Board Member, and Eldorado High School Foundation Board Member.  Angie has worked for Egyptian Health Department for over 30 years.

Angela Thomas, MBA

Angela holds an MBA from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio, and a B.S., Paralegal Studies from SIU-Carbondale, Illinois. Before starting her career with Egyptian Health Department, Angela taught business courses at Southeastern Illinois College. Prior to her employment at Southeastern, she worked as a Paralegal/Office Manager at a local law firm. Additionally, she has a passion for holistic health and empowering individuals to improve wellness through nutrition, supplementation, and physical activity. She has enjoyed helping others throughout her career and serves as the Program Director for the Village InCK (Integrated Care for Kids) Model, where she and her team strive to improve the health outcomes of children receiving Medicaid, along with reducing barriers to care for families in the rural Southern Illinois communities of Gallatin, Saline, Hamilton, Wayne, and White counties.

Rosalba Calleros, MEd

Rosalba has dedicated the past 18 years to working with organizations in El Paso and Austin, supporting and empowering families of children with disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in Bilingual Education and brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work. As the mother of a son born in 1999 who introduced her to the world of disabilities, and a neurotypical daughter born in 2012, Rosalba deeply understands the value of parent-to-parent support. Her journey has fueled her commitment to helping families navigate challenges, advocate for their children, and foster meaningful opportunities
for growth and success.

Cynda Green is a passionate parent leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting families of children with disabilities through Texas Parent to Parent. As the mother of a daughter with intellectual disabilities and autism, Cynda brings both personal and professional expertise to her work. She is dedicated to empowering families with training, resources, and peer support, helping them navigate the challenges of raising children with disabilities.

Wesley Wei, MPH

Wesley is the Policy Manager for Family Voices. Wesley has a passion for advancing policy and programs that improve maternal and child health and early childhood outcomes that has driven his work across philanthropy, advocacy, and non-profits. Prior to joining Family Voices, Wesley worked at ZERO TO THREE as a policy analyst supporting multiple states with various aspects of early childhood and maternal health policy implementation and advocacy. He also held policy positions at the Advocates for Children of New Jersey and The Nicholson Foundation where he supported projects that spanned maternal and child health, early childhood, and the intersection of both.

Wesley is extremely dedicated to making policy accessible for everyone. He strives to create plain-language toolkits and educational materials that allow all people to better understand the impacts of federal and state policy on their lives. Wesley has also led multiple family, parent, and youth leadership councils, holding the belief that their expertise is the key to understanding and unlocking successful policy change.

Wesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Arcadia University, as well as a Masters of Public Health from Rutgers University.
